SHIPPING
Please double check your order before placing an order. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make ANY changes to that order.
All items are made to order.
Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Shipping times listed below do not include fulfillment time.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Delivery time depends entirely on the shipping method selected at checkout. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and selected your preferred shipping option.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping (3–4 business days after fulfillment)
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days after fulfillment)
International Shipping
- Standard International (5–20 business days after fulfillment)
- Standard DDP – Canada Only (3–5 business days after fulfillment; up to 12 days to Atlantic regions)
- Express International (1–3 business days after fulfillment)
International delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local postal services.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE
Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping options and estimated delivery times before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Selecting a slower shipping method
- Failure to review shipping estimates
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (international orders)
Choosing Standard Shipping does NOT mean your order will arrive quickly. If you need your order by a specific date, Express Shipping must be selected at checkout.
Additional Notes
- Express shipments require a valid phone number at checkout.
- Once an order has shipped, delivery time is controlled by the carrier.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Need It Faster?
If timing is important, please choose Express Shipping at checkout. We cannot upgrade shipping after an order has been placed.
RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
